Return Policy

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be in original condition. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.

Please Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Saturday Knight Ltd. must accompany all returns.

To request a return, simply email us at directorders@skltd.com.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to damage, defect or an incorrect product, a prepaid return label will be provided. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Saturday Knight Ltd. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
